Protect oak trees by pruning after July, not before!
As the weather gets warmer and the snow starts to melt it is time to get back out to the woods to start clearing trails, pruning limbs, and planning food plots. When is the right time to prune your oak trees to keep the trees healthy and prevent insect and diseases? Waiting until after July is the best bet to protect your trees from various diseases.
